Artists can post artwork for free on Fine Art Expo.  Dealers, Agents, Galleries, etc. are also welcome to post the artwork of the artists they represent on Fine Art Expo.  The artwork will be posted under the name of the artist, but the agent will be the contact for that art.  The procedure to post art on Fine Art Expo and the commission we charge is the same for dealers as it is for artwork posted by individual artists.

How do I post my art on Fine Art Expo?
Send us electronic images (in .jpeg or .jpg format) of your art atthe address on our contact page.  Please include the following information with your images:

• the name and biography of the artist,
• the title, material, year, dimensions and price of each piece of art.

How much does it cost to post my artwork on Fine Art Expo?
Nothing.  It is free to post your artwork on Fine Art Expo - no setup fees and no monthly fees!   Additionally, we do not charge a commission unless the buyer learns of, and subsequently purchases, your artwork through our website.  In this case, the commission is only 5%.

What is my end of the bargain?
We will show your art to thousands of potential buyers and put you in touch with ones who want to purchase it.  Your end of the bargain will be to send your brochures to customers who ask for them and to send your art to those who purchase it.  You should send your artwork insured within a week; and we recommend sending it via USPS (not UPS).

Will my name be found in all the major search engines?
Yes.  Our website, and each of the artists' personal pages are listed in all the major search engines.

How do you collect your commission?
We collect our commissions on the honor system.  Collectors contact artists through their email at Fine Art Expo.  A copy of this email is forwarded to Fine Art Expo so that we may keep in touch with our collectors.  From time to time we may contact some of our collectors to get their feedback on our service and determine if they have purchased any artwork recently.
